Group Fitness

This dynamic, motivational 60 minute class is a combination of aerobic/anaerobic exercise along with resistance training which is customized to meet the needs of every attendee, regardless of his/her fitness level. The emphasis is on exercising safely, having fun and completing the challenge. Classes end with stretching exercises to relax your mind and body.
We conduct classes indoors and outdoors with specific equipment to enhance and progress your workout experience. The Group Fitness class combines resistance and cardiovascular training, and sports specific drills plus a perfect way to increase strength, boost your aerobic/anaerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight, and attain the goals you have been striving for.
Group Fitness is a very demanding program and one in which we take pride in helping you finish strong. We have high expectations for all participants and will go the extra mile to make sure you succeed.

There is no “I” in team, it is all about unity and teamwork. We want to encourage everyone to finish their Group Fitness session whether novice or advanced. There is nothing like the excitement of completing a mission together when you can trust and lean on your companion and know that he or she is giving everything they can whether it be a family member, an associate, or a stranger, a link develops that can’t be broken.
