Heather comes to us from Boston, where she was a Division 1 athlete while earning her nursing degree with a minor in exercise physiology. She has run over 20 marathons, including Boston and races across the country.
She relocated to California to pursue her nursing career at UCLA, and her passion for running and fitness led her into endurance coaching, personal training and group fitness.
Heather helps her athletes reach their full potential and takes them to the next level through strength & conditioning combined with energy-system training, built around each athlete's individual distance-performance profile.
