We offer individualized personal fitness training, partner, and small group personal training. Our dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, plyometrics, core training, functional fitness and flexibility.

Are you looking to save money? Are you looking for a partner to train but cannot find one? Small Group Personal Training has the similar benefits of individualized personal fitness training at a fraction of the cost. Small Group Personal Training is in groups of up to 5 people on select times and days. With Small Group Personal Training you can train with up to 4 partners and never have to worry about your rates changing!

We have the specific education, background, and training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports training, functional fitness, weight loss, nutrition, and lifestyle management. We are trained to evaluate and assess your body for muscular imbalances and design personalized programs to fit your needs, thus maximizing your results in a safe and effective manner. We will provide you with the knowledge, motivation, and confidence to attain your goals, change your body, and transform your life.
As part of our personal training program, we like to objectively measure results. All clients have the option to receive:

  • Complete fitness assessment
  • Functional Movement Screen
  • Proper aerobic or cardiovascular training zones

Since we are also mobile this gives us the opportunity to train in your home, office, local parks/fields, beaches, or a fitness facility near you depending on your schedule, as well as needs.

Along with personal training, nutrition plays a critical role in getting your results. We can educate you on what foods to eat, how much to eat and when, how to grocery shop and eating to improve your energy. Additionally, we offer a select few nutritional items at our center to help optimize recovery, promote fat loss and energy. We also have various registered dieticians that we associate with for more specific dietary needs.
